Important notice to our U.S. customers
Dear riders,
we want to communicate openly and transparently with our U.S. community.
Due to recent complaints that unfortunately escalated into disputes, related to the impossibility of accurately determining and communicating U.S. import duties and customs charges in advance, we have taken a difficult but necessary decision.
For reasons of transparency, fairness, and respect toward our customers, we have temporarily suspended shipments to the United States.
Customs duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes are determined exclusively by U.S. authorities and carriers, and in several cases they have varied significantly from shipment to shipment. This made it impossible for us to provide reliable upfront information, leading to dissatisfaction and misunderstandings that do not reflect our values or standards.
This decision is temporary, and we are actively working on finding a clear and sustainable solution that will allow us to resume U.S. shipments with full transparency and no surprises for our customers.
We sincerely thank all American riders who have supported our products and our brand over the years.
Your trust matters to us, and this choice was made precisely to protect it.
